Terms of Use
These terms describe use of this website and requests to LANE COUNTY JOB SITE CLEANUP & JUNK REMOVAL. Specific work is subject to the scope and terms agreed for that job.
Eugene · Springfield · Surrounding communitiesWebsite information
This website provides general information about potential junk removal and cleanout services. Content may change, and it is not legal, environmental or other professional advice. Contact us about the circumstances of your particular project.
Quote requests and scheduling
A request for a quote is an inquiry, not a reservation or a promise of service. Quotes depend on the information provided and factors such as volume, weight, materials, access, location and disposal requirements. Any changes to the proposed scope or price should be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Dates and times are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the job is accepted and scheduled. Payment, cancellation and other job-specific terms should be confirmed as part of the agreement for the work.
Authority and approved items
The person requesting removal is responsible for having authority to approve the work and identifying the specific items to be removed and any belongings that must remain. Tenant, estate or other third-party property may be subject to additional legal requirements. Seek appropriate advice if authority is uncertain.
Ownership of belongings is not automatically transferred for resale. Any transfer of identified items must be expressly agreed, with documentation or signatures when required.
Materials and access
Disclose the nature and location of all material and any access or safety concerns before work is agreed. Acceptance of particular items must be confirmed; hazardous, unidentified or otherwise regulated materials may require a qualified specialist. Do not assume every item can be collected.
Provide accurate information and a safe, accessible route for the agreed work. If the circumstances differ from the request, the scope and quote may need to be reviewed before work continues.
